There are a lot of incidents and accidents can hurt people, damage property, interfere with work and reduce profit. This course is provided for learn how to investigate incidents and accidents in order to prevent them from recurring, and turn negative situations into positive learning opportunities.
To provide basic concepts and working knowledge on accident/incident investigation design, development and application
- Understand to technical challenges of the accident/incident investigation
- Have working knowledge in safety engineering, regulation, and data gathering
- Understand the basics of statistical modeling techniques
- Have awareness and basic understanding of the concepts of intelligent communications and determines of the real root causes

Individuals with an engineering degree, manager, safety practition, or profesionals relevant industrial experience
